“B_Hive” Company Intranet
Using SharePoint online, we created a great looking Intranet, in line with Belgotex’s branding, where staff can easily access company news, events, templates, policies, useful links and other resources. The project was delivered in just 6 weeks using out-the-box SharePoint features. Embedded Power BI dashboards provide up-to-date reporting, and an embedded PowerApp form allows employees to log IT support requests directly from the Intranet.

Warehouse HOUSEKEEPING APP
To ensure the highest standards of safety and quality, SPAR warehouses make use of a Power App to conduct daily housekeeping inspections. Areas are scored based on an easy-to-use checklist, and any non-conformance requiring immediate action can be logged from the app to notify those responsible for the area. A Power BI dashboard is used to monitoring trends and identifying problem areas.

User Access Requests & Approval Workflow
To meet governance requirements, access to sensitive systems needs to be tightly controlled and monitored. A Power App was built for SPAR Group to manage access requests for their SAP ERP system. All requests for access are routed through an approval process driven by Power Automate, with a full audit trail from initial review of the request, through approval and final granting of access.
